Top Gear Transport had this truck built to its spec. This was the first rigid Leyland with a TL11 engine and air suspension. Leyland had never built a rigid with such a powerful engine in before this one. The build was delayed because the Leyland sales man thought Top Gear Transport was joking about the spec.
